ATM

Serine/threonine protein kinase which activates checkpoint signaling upon double strand breaks (DSBs), apoptosis and genotoxic stresses such as ionizing ultraviolet A light (UVA), thereby acting as a DNA damage sensor.
Mw; 350,000

ATM

ATM is a high molecular protein, so the protein was analyzed by 3%(w/v) polyacrylamidegel strengthened by 0.5%(w/v) agarose gel.

Upper panels are normal SDS-PAGE, and lower panels are Mn2+–Phos-tag SDS-PAGE.

HeLa cells were cultured in DMEM without serum, and treated actinomycinD (2µM) for 5 hrs.
Cells were lyzed by SDS-PAGE loading buffer.
